Our family had a wonderful experience staying at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido, an IHG Hotel. The staff was accommodating and warm, especially Mrs. Wang Hai Li, who was very patient in answering all our queries and kindly upgraded our standard king room to a one-bedroom suite with a view of the bath for free. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The location was very good and easily accessible to the metro and international airport. There are many good restaurants nearby. We would come back to this hotel again.

Loved the hotel, with the pool sauna and steam room. The bedroom was huge with an amazing bathroom and huge bed. Great room service too.

The swimming pool. The room had a nice balcony area useful for parents. Breakfast buffet pretty good

Great facilities, attentive and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet. big rooms, good gym facilities and great swimming pool. Located outside the city center, convenient for 798 and airport. A few restaurants and shops in the neighborhood nearby, would definitely stay here again

Location was excellent for our purpose. Craft restaurant in reception area was very handy at all times for good food and friendly service.

Everything was very good, only exception was the distance to the city-centre. Cant fault them for that though.

Modern, Clean and tidy room, good location. Super breakfast that had a great selection of western foods. Staff spoke good English and were helpful and polite.
